Hand surgery

It is a very narrow specialty. The anatomic structure of the hand is very complicated, thus elements of general, trauma & orthopedic surgery as well as neurosurgery is used here. Reconstruction of nerves, flexor and extensor tendons can be done, carpal tunnel syndromes, ganglions, tumors or Dupuytren contracture can be operated.
