Face lifting

Face lifting

The procedure consists in tightening the facial tissues in the obliquely superior direction by removal of the excess of skin and reducing wrinkles aimed at face rejuvenation. The incisions are performed in the temporal area, in the ears, and around the ears so that they are unnoticeable. The procedure is the most frequently performed under general anesthesia. Dressings and sutures are kept for up to 2 weeks and during that period a natural face appearance is restored.
The total period of healing takes approximately a month and the final effect is assessed after three months.
